Greenfield appointed new Head of Design Direction

HELSINKI, Finland - This August will see a new Head of Design Direction joining Nokia as Adam Greenfield, author of Everyware: The Dawning Age of Ubiquitous Computing takes up the post at Nokia HQ.
Adam’s remit will include the service and user interface domains and he’ll be working with Nokia’s design staff. Before then, Adam will be uprooting himself and his family from New York, where he currently lives.
Adam had this to say about his appointment
As well as being an author, Adam instructed a class at New York
University’s Interactive Telcommunications program called Urban
Computing and is now busy finishing his second book. Adam is also a
prolific speaker and is this week speaking in London at The Royal
Society’s “From computers to ubiquitous computing, by 2020″.
