I'm a guy. Guys don't toss their digital camera in their purse, cause we don't carry purses. We have, on average, 5 pockets in which to carry everything, and one of those is hardly big enough for a house key. Thus, having a decent camera phone has enabled me to graphically record my life so much easier, so that I can take a visual recount of my personal history whenever I want. That's something I didn't have with older phones, and it's something that I value. It may sound silly, but I think the biggest thing that my phone has impacted is the history of my life, visually.
