It is hard to suggest any specific solutions without knowing exact model of hearing aid in question. However, if the BAHA has T-coil, it should work perfectly with Nokia Wireless Loopset. On the other hand, if the BAHA does not have T-coil support, then the new Loopset cannot be used. But if the BAHA has external audio connector (for MP3 players etc.), that can be usually used for connecting the phone as well. Actual solution has to be determined on case by case basis taking into account physical and electrical compatibility of the devices in use.
