		<description>I agree with this &quot;bottom-up&quot; approach: get more phones to more people, and encourage them to help develop their own applications and solutions for local problems. I think that the next wave of true mobile innovation will come from the so-called &quot;developing world&quot;, aided by initiatives like this.
