Later on i understood that the same shop keeper will submit those such collected phone and submit for recycle mobile websites and get more value than what he offered me, ofcourse i could have done the same, but was not knowing about any websites, actually. Of course it should be according to the country. Nokia here in South Africa sent me a list of recycle points available, and I included in my related post.
