Consumers Behaviour & demands with regards to mobile email is growing favorably and increasingly. Quite frankly the behaviour shows attributes of an addiction (to both write & read), elation as well as a demand for its simplicity and content support for inline graphics, HTML based, and imbedded links to sites of relevance to the content within.

Nokia has been making GREAT strides in their IntelliSync Mobile Suite & Email services and its stands poised to compete with BlackBerry's BES on MANY equal levels and Messaging Server platforms (Exchange, GroupWise, and Domino) with great security. Yet its the consumers that are demanding more support for email on the go - wanting more simplicity & yet power to execute functions we take for granted on a desktop/laptop. Shortcuts are also VERY important along with integration between the address book, calendar, and email functions this could resolve any ideas whom the consumer email userbase KING is! On the corporate side IntelliSync is successful - but I'd like to work with Nokia, if just to entice them to really push for it here in the North American market.

And I know a little known fact of Nokia's partnership with another company whom prior to an agreement, made RIM their customer. Its like a beautiful love triangle but its beneficial in all ways. Stay tuned.
