		<description>I think it is more of the modesty that can&#039;t be beat attitude that most Finns have. When I worked in Nokia Finland, my group had internal targets to meet and when the major targets were achieved, there were celebrations, sometimes big ones, so Finns do celebrate achievements. Then it&#039;s back to business as usual the next day: can&#039;t dwell or busk in champagne for too long; there are new challenges to tackle and competitors to fend off. ;-)
