reading the last post signed as solaiemes, I remembered to have read about that at IPTV Evangelist website. It seems they prefer using handset features better than on device applications to be installed.
Find the iptv evangelist link showcasing that. To be in partnership with carriers the point is which is the best aproach, ODA or using features with carrier service.

Every Nokia series N include a videoshare client that can do what Qik does and much more.
It is integrated in the user experience, not tied to a given provider and open (call flows, codec, everything is documented).
It is there, it is available, let’s use it …

I have been using QIK for a little while now, and at first was blown away at its capabilities, and still am.! Its brilliant, you can show your friends, family, and anyone around the world what you are looking at in real time, an amazing, and a revolution in smart phones.
