		<description>I used to be working on Nokia&#039;s Bochum site a couple of years ago. It was sad for me to see my ex-colleagues were laid off.

I also understand the rationale behind the decision. Not only Nokia, many other companies are also moving to Chindia to get cheaper cost. I believe this trend will continue. The question for &quot;expensive countries&quot; is how can they utilize skills/experiences that are not available in Chindia.

Anyway, life must go on and it&#039;s good news that some of them will be employed by ScanBull.
