Also Nokia were great makers of boots(which are advertised on the paper) aswell as tyres in the beginning.
How far they have come…

This is a great puzzle, and i’m loving it, although i’m stuck at the last part.
The reference may be between how Nokia was first established as a paper mill and its now producing a newspaper in the form of these puzzles.
