Right now, 3G stuff barely gets used by people because (1) the networks cannot take more than 20-40% utilization of it per cell without complaining/thing breaking and (2) people have no need for 3G anything when other services such as cable and wired internet are made more relevant because of ease of use and cost. The tech is indeed fun, but the relevance is lost except on the hands of those who care to see some aspect of personal relevance.
