I dialled my service provider Orange and as usual I was asked to enter certain alphanumeric characters from my password. On bringing up the dialler I was horrified to find that there were no letters on each of the number keys as with traditional phones. The day after I looked at the other option in the text messaging screen where you can pull up a traditional alphanumeric keyboard but trying this seemed to lose my call - Is this phone a white elephant for serious phone users?
