		<description>I agree with you, but you must agree that not all people can afford even the cheapest mobile phone in market, or simply doesn&#039;t want to spend a cent with it. For example, my mother, she has been using the same mobile phone for 7 or 8 years (Nokia 6210), and as it still works and she doesn&#039;t pay any attention to mobile phones, why would she buy a new one?? This is one of the examples. You&#039;re not polluting the environment if you&#039;re reusing something. Actually, if you buy everything new, you&#039;re using More plastic, and more environment is being dammaged.
