Menu key doesn't work after some time. There is no option other than restarting. I wonder, how such a major problem is not caught in testing? How can a product with such a bug released in market? Please provide a patch as soon as possible. Already tried the latest software version available. i.e. 200.21.012 18-06-2009 RM-437 and it doesn't help. E63 has a major problem. How can a product with such a bug released in market?
