NokiaCupid for valentines day
By James on 13 February 2009
LONDON, England – Nokia UK’s gone all romancey (is that a real word, ed?) for Valentine’s Day, with the launch of NokiaCupid.co.uk. The site enables users to anonymously send text messages to loved ones, past, present or future, for free on Valentine’s Day. You can set up your message to be sent any time before the big day and when the time comes Nokia will ensure someone gets a nice surprise.
Don’t worry about having to come up with a message either, NokiaCupid already has a bunch you can choose from (you can’t actually write your own). Choose a message from Simple, Rhyming, Quotes or Cheeky, fill in your details, your conquest’s details and you’re good to go. It isn’t at all tacky, honestly!
The naughtiest it gets is “A lily is white and a tulip is pink. If you can guess who I am, I’ll buy you a drink. Happy Valentine’s Day.” The quotes section has a couple of nice ones though the “Simple” ones lack any sort of pazazz, if I’m honest.
Anyway, if you’re in the UK, have a play yourself. Feel free to leave your own messages for Conversations below as well, or suggestions (no naughty talk) for alternative messages.
