Solar energy are very efficient and to be more eco friendly we remake things that have long time process to become a much useful things again. But for somehow natural power and recycling materials are the best spec for an eco phone! For me the best thing is recycling materials. At the end of lifecycle materials should be of course recycled but the advantage sets in only when recycled materials replace primary materials in production. In addition it is most important to recycle the metals since their production consumes a lot of resources and energy.
