@Carlos Silva, As far as I understand it, the music is yours and follows the same multi-device licensing policy as with any Nokia Music. So you can use it on a certain number of PCs and phones.

But I think it bears testing, so mine is not the official word.

I love that service and I haven’t even tried it! I can’t to have that service available here in Portugal.
But there is something that I don’t understand, when I buy music from Nokia Music Store (from several countries) when I try to transfer it to my N78 device it says it can’t be done because I don’t have the licenses to do that, so.. If we buy a Comes With Music device and we download music directly to the device, can we transfer those songs to the PC, or we have to keep them on the mobile phone?

when will comes with music be available as an add-on for my 5800 b/c there no way i can go buy a new phone already to get CWM included ?
