Hi,

I'm a proud owner of a Nokia 5800 XM touchscreen. Recently I had the chance to try a social networking software called GRAVITY on my handset. I was amazed by the Kinetic scrolling ability this software had but MY PHONE ITSELF DIDN'T!

Closing the software 'Gravity' and then going back to using the cavemen interface of Nokia 5800 was the biggest disappointment I've had so far with my new nokia.

What possibly could have made Nokia not realize the simple implication of KINETIC SCROLLING within its own Symbian OS when a meager little software can pull it off without a hitch. Kindly, PRIORITIZE this aspect of your user interface and then talk Megapixels and technologies and what not.

I mean, the basis of all your interaction is how the end user interacts with your product and that isn't breath taking then what the hell is the need for high-end bullet points on a paper when you can't SHOW ME the beauty of the touch interface. Work on this immediately, stop blabbering about cameras and N-series and new phones. Your OS is your direct interaction with your client, not the dimension/high-end megapixel of a phone.

Extremely disappointed with Nokia's user interface,
Imtiaz Haider

PS: Hoping for a reply or a satisfactory response as a firmware update for my Nokia 5800. Give me a breathtaking experience in my user interface.
