Rugged phone versus jelly wobbles your world
By Mike on 16 July 2009
GLOBAL – Late last week we launched a poll here on Conversations to find out which of our Nokia 3720 classic rugged phone videos you liked most. The votes have been counted and it was the tough phone’s encounter with a rather menacing green jelly that stole the show and wibbled into first place.
Read on to find out how the other 3720 classic rugged phone videos fared in our public face-off. Plus, if you haven’t seen it watch the full Nokia phone versus jelly video in its full glory right here.
Nokia phone versus jelly nipped into the top slot with a commanding 29% of your vote. The silver medal went to Nokia phone versus pint of beer with 22%, and the bronze going to the golf club with 19% (my personal favourite – and one of the most fun to make).
Trailing in fourth position was Nokia phone versus paintball with 13%, followed by ladder and swimming pool.
In last place (and the most painful to make… my foot is still recovering) was Nokia phone versus rugby boot.
Let’s relive the jelly moment here…

Well, i’m sure of one thing: I’d never eat that jelly.
After being hitted by Mike’s foot, shotted with a golf club (and falling on the ground, full of grass), swiming on the pool (and not alone), drinking beer and falling of a ladder, i think that’s the most disgusting jelly the world will ever see.
But still, i wouldn’t mind keeping the phone :p

Hi,
I work for Nokia’s ad agency JWT. There has been a huge amount of interest in this video from out markets. I have however been unable to track down the creators… can you help please!!
Thanks,
Tom
