CNN uses Ovi Maps 3D to show royal wedding route [video]

LONDON, England – Only few events are followed by millions of people worldwide. One of those has to be the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, which is taking place in London today.

This is such a big deal in the United Kingdom that Queen Elizabeth’s subjects have got an additional bank holiday to watch the event live, on TV or online. But I’m sure that many of you, regardless of  nationality, will be doing the same.

In particular, if you want to follow the royal wedding procession from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace and feel like you were walking the boulevards of London, you don’t have to go any further than Ovi Maps.

With the 3D feature we recently introduced you can see the streets of London in a very realistic and detailed way from your browser. No need to travel to London for that.
