Nokia Snake game – play it here

GLOBAL – Just when you thought Nokia’s Snake game had slithered off for good, we’ve managed to catch a live one.

We’ve hunted down the classic (or as close as we could find) out there in the wilds of the web. And you can play the Snake game right here on Conversations in full, non-HD, two colour glory, whenever you want. Enjoy.

Why not pit your snaking skills against each other and submit your scores at the end of the game for some competitive fun.

Snake has appeared on many Nokia phones over the years since 1997, but it vanished in recent years due to high-def content. So, if you want a bit of nostalgia read the evolution of Snake.

    My score on “worm” is about 1,600. I’ll need some practice to beat some of your scores.

    I can’t keep up with the “python” mode, the snake’s already off the screen by the time I’ve pressed a button.
