New site visualizes global impact of Lumia series

GLOBAL – Nokia is a truly global company and therefore our product roll-outs affect all corners of the planet. Nokia Lumia smartphones are launching frequently in different parts of the world, often with an exciting event to celebrate.    

To help show the global impact of the Nokia Lumia worldwide roll-out, the Lumia Momentum Map is now available for all to see.

The map features a selection of locally relevant videos, images and social networking conversations, capturing people’s excitement. The map also allows you to see which carriers support the Lumia, so you know where to pick one up.

At the bottom, specific tiles show off the amazing celebrations surrounding your nearby Lumia launch, such as the heart-stopping deadmau5 event in London in November.

The specialized website and map will be frequently updated to show launch activities and the energy and excitement around them.

      Lumia 800 will indeed be available in the US through the Microsoft stores.

    Why is the Lumia 900 only available in the US?  I would have thought it would have been launched to most of Europe as well.

    Please keep this map no matter what. I’m pretty sure the whole planet is going to be filled with tiles this year. Everyone, let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope that the Nokia–Microsoft partnership will be a success, not just in the United States, but in all markets where the two companies are present.

    looks good on paper but my lumia 800 on T-mobile crashed 3 times in one day .lots of little things that need sorting like font size ,message tones . feel it still needs work .my N8 is slow but it top’s the lumia in my eyes right now !!

    lumia series are doing wonders! my site hits more than 100 searches daily for Lumia 800 release here in Bangladesh, NOKIA can confirm the dates? please!
