The 360 speakers a pure quality from a design and sound point of view, plus the bluetooth is state of the art standard.

I have the play 360 and they are fantastic but get two for the best system you’ve heard in long time. The closest Microsoft store is 9 hours away and I hope they sell the famed “white” at Microsoft online.

I love the 800′s design. I’d probably buy one unlocked without those accessories. Nokia headset by Monster? Don’t they make speaker wire? I bought an unlocked 5800, X6 and N8. I guess my unlocked days are over. I’ll get the AT&T-badged (ick) Lumia 900. I hope the screen join gets smoothed out a bit before it’s released.

I see… the phone does not sell and Nokia try to sell it with those accessories. Why dont give the same package to N9?(Because it sells well without those accessories?)  With WP Nokia will be always in lose, big investments, poor returns in sells!

This is ridiculous. Why aren’t you selling the phone separately? I don’t want your “entertainment bundle”, however “amazing” they might be. The only conversation I’m having right now is about how irritating it is I can’t get the phone by itself.

Buy it and try and re-coupl the money for the phone by selling it on ebay/craigslist etc, though i know that will be hard to get a reasonable return without the box/standard accessories.

This looks brillian and I am almost as excited about it now as I was when I saw this at CES. However, You are really missing a trick here or two here.

Unfortunately AT&T customers get $0 benefit from bringing their own phone along, but T-Mobile customers do (Value plans).  It’s a shame this doesn’t support 3G for both companies, giving users the option of choosing who to get service with, though those who already have service can swap out their phone any time.

I saw a screen at CES showing it as a pentaband phone.  I have known for a while now that this was a mistake, but pentaband or quadband would have opened this deal up to more people, inclduing customers who may be more able to afford a nice phone at an unlocked price because their plans are cheaper.  I certainly include myself in that, as well as several work colleagues who might have considered buying this if it would work on T-Mobile.  I would love a play 360 and would certaily like to swap my current headphones (Sony MDR-XD100) for something higher quality, but this just isn’t an option like this.

Anyway, can you give any information on why the decision was made to only support AT&T frequencies in the unlocked US version of the device.  I would have thought for the unlocked one, you would add T-Mobile to increase the number of potential customers as high as possible.

I also agree with posters here (and on other websites) who suggest a non-bundled options should also be available, and who love the idea of the Lumia 800, but don’t care about the audio gear.

I do love the Lumina’s design, though that’s largely because I love the N9′s design. Why not relent and give that phone a chance in the US too?
