As well as its unique design and hardware features, Windows Phone 8 gives the Lumia 820 the world’s most modern smartphone operating system, including the power of Microsoft Office, Live Tiles to make all your updates available at a glance, and the faster, safer Internet Explorer 10 browser.

It sports a large 4.3-inch OLED screen with ClearBlack display, and 8-megapixel camera with autofocus and an LED flash.

Like the Nokia Lumia 920, it’s powered by a Dual Core Snapdragon S4 processor and wireless charging is available. It comes with Nokia Smart Shoot incorporated, allowing you to take multiple photos with a single click so that you can edit effortlessly to make the perfect shot.

One very unique feature of the Lumia 820 is the availability of interchangeable shells. These offer different features and different functionality, depending on how you want to dress your Lumia for whatever the day holds, whether that be access to wireless charging, a more rugged exterior or simply a change of style.

The Lumia 820 will be available in an unprecedented range of colours: red, yellow, grey, cyan, purple, white & black.

Perhaps Jolla will be able to deliver… it seems Nokia isn’t Nokia anymore. Only Microsoft products at the Nokia event. :-(

You would think that after the N82 they would learn there’s no point in using ye olde LED flash and stick to Xenon in the future…

The 920 is very nice the 820 it’s an ok middle range device. Being on US T-MO the 820 is all we will get. so the ATVI will replace the Lumia 710 and HD7.

When will Nokia understand that if you launch a product you have to also make it available ASAP and provide the pricing. What on earth are you thinking people. Why repeat the same mistake over and over again.

if only Nokia adopt adroid.. :D

  • Michael

Still no Lumia with hardware keyboard? Wanna drive all E7 users away from Nokia? When will you ever learn?

  • Umair

I would have liked this one if they had the same resolution of display on it like 920 and same camera technology.
