NEWSFLASH – STOP PRESS – If you’re in London town right now, and fancy seeing Rihanna at the Brixton Academy tonight then head into the Nokia Store on Regent Street.
There’s a limited number of tickets still available, and if you flash your Nokia device in the store and shout “I’m a Nokia Conversations reader, give me some Rihanna tickets, please” someone will either give you some tickets, or ask you to leave. We’ll leave it up to you to find out which. First come, first served. Enjoy!

If nothing else, today’s news that the E72 is now in stores will answer the endless requests we’ve had wanting to know when E72 goes on sale. And we’re soooo excited. What a device. GLOBAL – Nokia Music has published results of a study revealing that genetics play as much a role in musical taste is influence does. The Nokia study looked into the music tastes of nearly 4,000 twins and found that taste is as much nature as nurture overall, but that the ratio varies depending on the musical genre. Nature’s influence ranked highest (53 per cent) with pop and classical music – unsurprising when you consider the point of popular music is to strike a chord that appeals to all listeners.

BEIJING, China – This week a trio of new handsets launched in Beijing, cementing Nokia’s ongoing commitment to CDMA. The Nokia 1506 is Nokia’s most affordable CDMA phone to date, and will be the first of the trio to see the light of day when it launches in China before the end of the year. It will be closely followed by the 6316s and 3806 in the first quarter of 2010.
