I have been following for some time a small but active subsection of N95 users: Video journalists. Robert Scoble broadcasted his interview of me using Qik and his N95. I found out [via Debi Jones] that student journalists wielding N95s covered the US Super Tuesday Primaries in February for MTV. Debi Jones, herself, roamed around in an Airstream broadcasting interviews from her N95 using Flixwagon during CTIA.

Due to May Day festivities, there has been a wee slowdown here at Nokia Conversations. Finland (where one half of our team is located) was basically closed last Thursday and Friday and the UK (where the other half of the team lives) is enjoying itself today. LONDON, England – The Pressies is a brand new annual gadget and technology awards set up by Andrew Lim at CNET. It’s a little bit underground (the awards are set up and run on Facebook) but it’s the participants that make the difference ‚Äì the awards are nominated and voted for by UK tech journalists. And, the Nokia N95 bagged the Gadget of the year in the inaugural 2008 event.
