Last week we drew your attention to them in our video poll (a couple of which we know have already triggered your enthusiasm), to find out which of these innovative shards of software earned your vote as best in show. GLOBAL – The dust is beginning to settle around the launch of the Ovi Store, with initial reactions to its arrival ranging from magnificent to miffed. So in our recent poll we thought we’d ask you if you were actively downloading content from the Ovi Store, and how much content you’d sucked onto your handset over the first few weeks. Over four hundred of you got involved in the poll, and it turns out over 50 percent of you have already begun fattening up your Nokia phones with content from Ovi Store. Read on for all the results.
GLOBAL – The resurgence of QWERTY interfaces in tandem with touchscreen trends sparked us to ask you the question, “What’s your perfect mobile input interface?”. We kick-started this poll at the beginning of the week (it’s still open, so if you haven’t already, vote now!) and already hundreds of you have voted. Granted it’s early days but there’s one clear front-runner – the pairing of touchscreen and QWERTY, as found on the upcoming Nokia N97 (watch making of the N97 video).
