Comes With Music launches

LONDON, England – We’re coming to you live from the REMIX event in London’s Koko club, where Nokia is revealing its latest music offering. New devices and the official launch of Comes With Music are the main players today.

New York, USA – It was surely only a matter of time but music label giant Warner Music has finally followed the lead of Universal and Sony BMG by signing up to Nokia’s Comes With Music and Music Store services.

LONDON, England – During this morning’s press conference, Tero Ojanepro highlighted how the Comes With Music concept “clearly resonates with consumers” which we take to mean, it’s something we’ll all be getting excited about when it launches. The music just got a little louder

LONDON, England – The global music download business is currently worth about $4billion. Tero Ojanpero reckons that if less than 10 per cent of the devices Nokia sold were Comes With Music devices, it would double the size of the market. That’s one helluva claim and probably one brought into the discussions which resulted in today’s news that Sony BMG is to offer its entire catalogue to Comes With Music customers.
